Using a combination of guided meditation, relaxation and a reframing technique, I can help your brain to process and resolve the emotions that you have attached to difficult memories.

The cost for three sessions is £150.00 and you will also receive an MP3 for you to listen to whenever you need to, recorded just for you, based on what you tell me you would like in your future.
